Correkt Commerce Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy, effective as of March 10, 2024, outlines the conditions under which customers of Correkt Commerce may return products and request refunds. By utilizing the services offered by Correkt Commerce and engaging in transactions on our platform on or after this date, customers agree to the terms set forth in this policy.1Eligibility for Returns
Products purchased through Correkt Commerce are eligible for return within a fourteen (14) day period following the date of delivery. To initiate a return, the customer must request a return through the Orders page within this period to submit a return request. The eligibility of products for return is subject to the following conditions based on the product's condition at the time of return:- Unopened Package and New Product: Products returned in their original, unopened packaging and in new condition are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
- Opened Package and New Product: Products that have been removed from their original packaging but remain in new condition are eligible for a 90% refund of the purchase price.
- Opened Package and Used Product: Products that have been used and are not in their original packaging are eligible for an 85% refund of the purchase price.
- Opened Package and Damaged Product: Products that are returned with damage and are not in their original condition are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price.
2Exclusions from Returns
Products are not eligible for return after the fourteen (14) day return window has closed. Additionally, certain types of products may be excluded from returns due to their nature. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product's listing page.3Return Shipping
The responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return:- If the return is due to an error on the part of the Seller or the product is received damaged or defective, The Seller will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's preference or error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4Processing of Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Correkt Commerce will process the refund according to the aforementioned criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.5Amendments to the Policy
Correkt Commerce reserves the right to amend this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform unless otherwise stated.
